The NH Series achieves the ultimate in production efficiency for extended operation. High speed, high precision, chip disposal, maintenance and other performance features demanded of horizontal machining centers are achieved in this machine at a very advanced level.
DCG® (Driven at the Center of Gravity) minimizes vibration, thereby delivering high quality machining, fast speeds, and long tool lives.
Since we have designed the maximum tool length to be the same size as the pallet, deep hole boring up to the length of the pallet can be done without turning the table around.
By using the Box-in-Box Construction for the linear axes, and DDM™ as an option for direct drive on the rotary axes, the NH Series has increased the drive speed on all axes.
